Our weight management program has been successful at helping many of our patients live a better life as they have met their weight loss goals. Hundreds of participants have used our plan to help shed the pounds. Our plan includes lifestyle modifications, including certain supplements, enjoying whole foods, and other products. Women who are a part of our program, using the ITG diet typically lose anywhere from two to four pounds each week and men can lose between three to six pounds. Our patients don't lose muscle; they are losing body fat.
